You can choose to have it delivered to your address or schedule a click-and-collect order at our sports store in Geelong. For wholesale orders, please reach out directly.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do sell gift cards. All gift cards purchased from degrandi.com.au can only be redeemed on this website. Our digital gift cards cannot be used in store.

A unique code is sent to the recipient after purchasing the gift card.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

Within Australia, we offer free nationwide delivery on most items in our online sports store or a fixed rate of $10 for purchases below that threshold in a single order. You can expect to receive your order generally within three to seven business days, depending on your location.

We can provide you with competitive rates for bulky items, including bicycles, fitness equipment, netball and basketball systems, and international orders.

What is your return and exchange policy?

To ensure you’re always satisfied, you can return new, unused and unopened products within 30 days after purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, our online sports store can’t accept swimwear and underwear unless they show signs of damage due to manufacturing faults or during delivery.
