Shipping

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and ship-to location. We have a range of different options available to ship both within Australia and around the world.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a credit or refund* as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed, damaged, and are in the same condition as when you received them. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Size and colour exchanges are possible where stock is available.

Except where covered by Australian consumer law, exchanges and returns on swimwear and underwear is not allowable.

Return Instructions:

1) On the invoice, circle the item(s) you are returning.

2) Indicate the reason you are returning the item (s). Write to the right of item description.

3) Indicate whether you would like a refund or store credit*

4) Do not send returns C.O.D. They will not be accepted!

*Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for cash refund and items returned within 30 days will be issued store credit.
