Buying your equipment, activewear and accessories at our online sports store couldn’t be easier. After browsing our range and adding your selection to your shopping cart, register a few details about yourself and complete payment.

You can choose to have it delivered to your address or schedule a click-and-collect order at our sports store in Geelong. For wholesale orders, please reach out directly.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do sell gift cards. All gift cards purchased from degrandi.com.au can only be redeemed on this website. Our digital gift cards cannot be used in store.

A unique code is sent to the recipient after purchasing the gift card.

We can accommodate credit card payments with accounts that use Visa, Mastercard and American Express networks.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

Within Australia, we offer free nationwide delivery on most items in our online sports store or a fixed rate of $10 for purchases below that threshold in a single order. You can expect to receive your order generally within three to seven business days, depending on your location.

We can provide you with competitive rates for bulky items, including bicycles, fitness equipment, netball and basketball systems, and international orders.

What is your return and exchange policy?

To ensure you’re always satisfied, you can return new, unused and unopened products within 30 days after purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, our online sports store can’t accept swimwear and underwear unless they show signs of damage due to manufacturing faults or during delivery.

Why Wear Cycling Headwear…

The main reason cyclist’s wear headwear underneath their helmet, is to stay warm and
comfortable in the colder weather.

Most bike helmets are well ventilated to keep the cyclist cool in the summer months, but in the winter, this heat escapes and leaves the rider cold around the brow.

The solution to this is a thermal skullcap, which sits between your helmet and head. If a skullcap is too warm, then consider a thermal headband instead.

Carrying a skullcap and some basic tools in your bike bag is always advised, particularly if you’re heading into unknown terrain as a gravel rider or mountain biker.

As well as skullcaps and headbands, our range of cycling headwear includes ‘Head Thingys’ which can be used as neck scarves, bandanas or handkerchiefs.

Remember: wearing a safety-approved helmet while cycling is required by law in Victoria.
