Buying your equipment, activewear and accessories at our online sports store couldn’t be easier. After browsing our range and adding your selection to your shopping cart, register a few details about yourself and complete payment.

You can choose to have it delivered to your address or schedule a click-and-collect order at our sports store in Geelong. For wholesale orders, please reach out directly.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, we do sell gift cards. All gift cards purchased from degrandi.com.au can only be redeemed on this website. Our digital gift cards cannot be used in store.

A unique code is sent to the recipient after purchasing the gift card.

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accommodate credit card payments with accounts that use Visa, Mastercard and American Express networks.

We also accept Paypal payments.

Alternatively, visit our Geelong sports store if you prefer to use cash.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

Within Australia, we offer free nationwide delivery on small items over $100. This includes all apparel, footwear and cycling parts/accessories. Items slightly larger than this, such as cricket bags or kid's scooters, may incur a flat shipping rate of $15.

You can expect to receive your order generally within three to seven business days, depending on your location.

We can provide you with competitive rates for bulky items, including fitness equipment, netball/basketball systems.

We also ship a range of small cycling parts, accessories, apparel and footwear internationally.

What is your return and exchange policy?

To ensure you’re always satisfied, you can return new, unused and unopened products within 30 days after purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, our online sports store can’t accept swimwear and underwear unless they show signs of damage due to manufacturing faults or during delivery.

Are my personal and payment details secure on your website?

Your data’s security is paramount — that’s why we use 128-bit SSL encryption, Westpac Payway payment portal, and never store your credit card details across all transactions to ensure all your personal information is always secure.

Ensuring air flow and comfort to your feet while cycling, makes for a better ride. Cycling-specific socks are often made from lighter materials, providing breathability where it matters.

Some cycling socks also have extra padding around the foot where it requires support.

Another positive to wearing cycling socks is matching the colour to your cycling shoes – creating a full-kit pro look. For example, wearing white socks with white cycling shoes.

Generally, road cyclists will go for ‘tall socks’ which cover the foot and lower shin. But the height and fit is generally down to the cyclist’s preference.
