The Everlast Inflatable Punching Bag helps improve coordination and flexibility while increasing cardio performance. The punching bag stands 145cm tall, rocking back and forth with every punch creating an instant knock-down and up motion that builds endurance and sharpens reflexes. Water-weighted base. Folds flat for storage when not in use. Includes foot pump.
This item is engineered for light, introductory boxing training and fitness workouts, it is not designed for heavy hitting or professional use.
Recommended age group 5 to 14 years old.

As long as your purchase is unused/unworn and is within 14 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a refund.
