As you perform the exercises, the continuous flux of water inside the aqua bag will challenge your balance, forcing you to engage your core muscles to maintain control over the bag. This form of training activates your smaller stabilising muscles whilst completing all Athletic movements.

We ship small-medium parcels for free within Australia, when your total order is over $100.

Some products, such as bikes, may take longer to prepare as they need to be built.
Returns Policy
As long as your purchase is unused/unworn and is within 14 days of purchase, you can return your item and receive a refund.
