The Shu weight vest is made of heavy-duty reinforced nylon with wide shoulder straps for comfort and stability. It comes with adjustable straps and velcro closures that can be adjusted underneath . You can easily adjust the body length of the vest by sliding the straps up and down through the D-rings.
Weight adjustable from 1 -30kg (in 1kg increments) with solid cast blocks .
