About This Product...
Easy to ride
With a low and stable geometry, a lightweight, kid-centric design, and the absence of a pedal brake to simplify balancing and starting, the base 16 is designed to be the easiest bike to ride.
This helps children learn to ride—and keeps more experienced riders happily riding for longer.
Lightweight, only 6.7 kg
At just 6.7 kg, the base 16 is an incredibly light children's bike. This makes it easy for kids to start, stop and control, boosting their confidence and reducing fatigue.
For four or five year olds, even a small difference in weight can significantly impact their confidence and enjoyment. Plus, it’s lighter for parents to carry!
No pedal / coaster brake
Equipped with two hand brakes instead of a pedal / coaster brake, the base 16 allows kids to backpedal for balance and to find the ideal starting pedal position.
Designed specifically for young kids
The base 16 is meticulously designed from the ground up to cater to the unique needs of young riders. It features a low, stable geometry, micro-reach brake levers, small hand grips, shorter cranks, and a narrow Q-factor.
This makes the bicycle much easier to push off, balance, control and stop. This means more enjoyable, safe and confidence-boosting rides.
Long lasting and durable
The base 16 is made with durable materials like stainless steel spokes with brass spoke-nipples, an aluminium frame and fork, a fully sealed bottom bracket with steel cups, and a semi-integrated threadless headset.
Combined with premium components like Tektro brakes, Kenda tyres, ProWheel cranks, and a KMC chain, the base 16 is made to last—perfect for passing down to younger siblings or reselling later on.

Exactly what I was looking for
I’ve been using Zwift with the Wahoo Kickr Core and it has completely transformed my indoor cycling experience. The trainer pairs seamlessly with Zwift, and the ride feels incredibly smooth and realistic, with responsive resistance changes that mimic climbs and sprints perfectly.
Setup was straightforward, and the Kickr Core runs quietly, which makes it ideal for home use. I especially like how immersive the Zwift routes feel – the combination of the platform’s visuals and the trainer’s accurate power readings really motivates me to push harder.
Overall, the Wahoo Kickr Core and Zwift are a fantastic combo for structured training, group rides, or just exploring virtual routes when outdoor riding isn’t an option. Highly recommend for anyone serious about improving their cycling fitness.

I'm very happy with my Campagnolo Centaur 10 speed Powertorque Alloy Crankset. It was delivered very quickly in a sturdy box. It looks brand new ( it was manufactured in Italy in 2012 ). The crankset looks fantastic. All I need now is a bike to put it on. Thank you.
