If you want to protect your hands from abrasions during your daily training on the horizontal bar or rope climbing, then CrossFit gloves are definitely the right choice. Many people just use regular calluses, which mainly protect the palms.

Spider Grip
The new Harbinger HumanX X3 gloves feature the so-called Spider Grip. The lower part of the glove is made of genuine leather, which also extends the durability of the gloves.

BIOflex
Gloves have a perfect grip when used with magnesium. Thanks to the special cut, which is similar to BIOflex gloves, there is no need to take off the gloves between each WOD and you can keep them on your hands at all times.

Wristband
Thanks to a sufficiently long wristband, you can achieve firm wrist support, keeping the gloves tightly stretched on your hand, or you can loosen it and leave the gloves ready for the next WOD.

Washing
All X3 gloves are machine washable. However, make sure to wash the gloves in the coldest water possible. Ideally, no other laundry should be put in the washing machine. If you wash the gloves in hot water, they may bleed. The gloves should be completely dry before each training session! If you like thicker gloves, it is recommended to wash them more often, but if you like softer skin on the palms, wash the gloves less often.
