Protect your shoulders and neck during squats with the Barbell Thrust Pad. This barbell pad has a thick foam padding for cushioning, which reduces the load on your shoulders while performing heavy squats. The barbell pad will also help with a firm grip of the barbell. The pad clamps tightly around the barbell so that it stays in place and you can concentrate on your weight training. Also widely utilised as a hip thrust pad .
