The brand new, revised and improved Spatz "Thrmoz2" Deep Winter Gloves were developed with (and for) a double Olympic Champion. Evolving from our Glovz race gloves, they feature a premium YKK wrist zipper with an easy-pull gripper for effortless access, even in sub-zero temperatures. The "Thrmoz2" are battle tested through the classic northern European races by the Alpecin Deceuninck Pro cycling team.
The "Thrmoz2" are a deep winter glove. Integrating the fold out wind covers means that these gloves are perfect for use from 5 degrees c, down to -3 degrees c. For even more insulation consider our new Thrmoz XTRM which offer the ultimate in warmth...
The "Thrmoz2" are the updated and improved version of our legendary, patented Spatz Thrmoz. Expect the same silhouette but the fold-out finger covers have now been improved and one cover now becomes two. Thrmoz2 now offer you more options and more versatility as the weather changes. This is a brand new feature for AW25-26, keeping Spatz firmly at the forefront of cycling glove design. Graphics are muted (and reflective) so your gloves compliment your kit whatever your wear.
Built for the harshest conditions, Thrmoz2 combine a 4-way stretch thermal fabric with a soft fleecy lining. They deliver serious insulation without sacrificing feel. When the weather turns biblical, two hidden wind-blocking shells fold out from the back of the hand, adding a second barrier against the elements. Fold them away when the pace picks up to regain full dexterity and control. The main glove fabric contains a waterproof, breathable membrane so despite this not being a rain specific glove, the "Thrmoz2" perform brilliantly in wet conditions.
The extended cuff insulates vital blood vessels at the wrist, helping keep your fingers warm. A YKK zipper at the cuff ensures a snug fit and smooth layering. As with our overshoes—if you want to stop your radiators freezing, insulate the pipes.
A discreet index finger hole lets you use your phone or bike computer without removing your gloves. Tough epoxy gel grippers on the palm, thumb, and index finger provide confident control on bars and shifters, while reinforced zones on high-wear areas help them last through serious mileage.
Reflective detailing and subtle reflective logos boost visibility in low light. Every detail of the Thrmoz2 has been designed, tested, and refined through years of winter riding.
