Contains 1 x8cm and 1 x 12cm duo massage ball
Designed for self myofascial release, trigger point treatment and mobility work on areas of the body with parallel muscle lines. The lumbar spine and thoracic spine are great examples of this. The twin massage ball is also effective for the lower leg, the upper thighs and hips. It’s the perfect addition to the training tool kit for those hard to reach muscles. Ideal for experienced foam rollers and taller people who may have wider shoulders and wider lower back muscles.
The unique EPP foam utilised for this product is dense, however its closed cell structure allows it to compress slightly for self myofascial release training. This encourages blood flow and delivery of oxygen to muscles and fascia in order to keep them functioning and healthy.
